To Whom it may concern

Tentative diagnosis:  Hepatic Lipidosis

Report as of 8/4/11:  Billy's condition appears to be getting worse.  His total bilirubin has continued to elevate in spite of the aggressive fluid therapy, medications and frequent feedings he is receiving.  His total white blood count has also changed from low normal to high while on injectable antibiotics.  At the current time an internal specialist consultation has been requested and an abdominal ultrasound is scheduled.  Billy was in better spirits yesterday then today.  Maintenance on his esophageal tube (feeding tube in his neck) is going well and his feedings are still good.

We are hopeful Billy pulls through this and still are very optimistic.
